About

A Quiet Stretch of the Coromandel

Where we are

Kothapatnam, Prakasam District

Kothapatnam is a coastal village on the Bay of Bengal, about eighteen kilometres east of Ongole. The shoreline here is wide and largely empty — none of the commercial density of Vizag or the Chennai beaches. That quietness is not a feature we added. It is simply what this part of the Coromandel coast is like, and the reason the cottages sit where they do.

How we run it

Three Things We Hold To

  • Say the limits out loud — the sea is not for swimming, and we will tell you before you book, not after
  • One kitchen, one contact, one invoice, for a stay or for four hundred guests
  • Two full bathrooms in every cottage, because that is what families actually notice

Our story

Who you will meet

Placeholder — Team to Come

PLACEHOLDER. Names, roles and photographs of the people running the property, once supplied.
