What You Can Expect, and What We Expect
Nothing here should be a surprise on arrival. Where a policy is still being confirmed we have said so rather than guessing — ask us and we will give you the current position.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 2pm; check-out by 11am
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to the nights either side
- Government photo ID required at check-in for every adult guest
- Ongole railway station pickups arranged on request
Cottages
- Maximum occupancy is per cottage type and is not flexible
- Children are welcome; extra bedding subject to cottage type
- No smoking inside the cottages
- Damage is charged at cost, assessed after checkout
The pool
- Open 8.30am to 8.30pm; closed outside those hours
- Swimwear only — no cotton clothing in the water
- Liquor is not permitted in the pool area
- Food and snacks are not permitted in the pool area
- Closed to general swimming when booked for an event
Events
- Catering is our own kitchen; outside caterers are not permitted
- Music until 10pm, in line with local norms
- Decor may be brought in, subject to a walkthrough beforehand
- Parking for cars and buses is provided on site
- October to December bookings carry a free date change for weather
