These cottages were built the way coastal buildings used to be — low, thick-walled, set apart, with the breeze doing most of the work. We have kept that and added what the buildings could not have anticipated: dual air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, RO water on tap, and two full bathrooms in every single cottage, whatever the type.
